  • Yes. We offer a complimentary in-home care assessment to understand your needs, preferences, and goals. This allows us to recommend appropriate services and create a personalized care plan before services begin.

  • Yes. We provide private-pay home care services. Clients or their authorized representatives pay directly for services based on the agreed-upon care plan and service schedule.

  • At this time, we do not bill Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Managed Care Organizations. Our services are provided on a private-pay basis. We are happy to discuss private-pay options and long-term care insurance reimbursement support if applicable.

  • Our standard minimum visit is two hours per visit. This allows us to provide meaningful, consistent care while ensuring proper scheduling and caregiver support.

  • In many cases, yes. Depending on caregiver availability and the level of care needed, we may be able to begin services within a short timeframe. Contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your needs and scheduling options.

  • We provide non-medical home care services, including personal care, companionship, mobility support, dementia and memory care support, respite care, post-hospital recovery assistance, and live-in or 24/7 care options. All services are tailored to the client’s needs and care plan.

  • Our caregivers are carefully screened, trained, and supervised in accordance with Washington State home care requirements. We prioritize professionalism, compassion, and reliability to ensure high-quality care.

  • Yes. We offer live-in care and 24/7 care options, depending on the client’s needs. These services provide continuous non-medical support, supervision, and assistance with daily living.

  • Yes. We provide short-term and long-term care, including respite care and post-hospital recovery support. Care schedules can be adjusted as needs change.

  • Care plans are developed after a complimentary in-home assessment, taking into account the client’s needs, preferences, routines, and goals. Care plans are reviewed and updated as needed.

  • Yes. Care needs often change over time. We offer flexible scheduling and can adjust services, hours, or care plans as your situation evolves.

  • Yes. Care services may be available seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, depending on caregiver availability.

  • We strive to provide consistent caregiver assignments whenever possible to promote comfort, trust, and continuity of care. Backup caregivers are available if needed.

  • Yes. A service agreement outlining services, rates, schedules, and payment terms is provided and reviewed before care begins.
